Mimosa Herne Hill’s first owner was Abdel, a Moroccan from Fez, and throughout all these years since Mimosa has retained many original recipes and products. We still travel to Fez to hand select the colorful bowls and pottery that we are known for locally. Houmous, Babaghanoush, chicken brochettes & tabouleh are made from scratch in our kitchens and remain some of our best selling items.

This July, Mimosa is highlighting the many delicious products and colourful gifts from Morocco. Goodies that will be available in our shops include:

— Harissa and tapenades
— Moroccan salads and dips from our kitchens
— Moroccan inspired soups
— Handmade colorful ceramics from Fez
— Preserved lemons – perfect for adding to salads or tagines
— Harissa almonds & Moorish Olives by Olives et Al
— Stuffed dates, chocolate covered dates, nougat & other sweet treats by Arabella Foods
